He was predeceased by: his grandfather Howard Wayne Gulley of Ray City, GA.. He is survived by: his parents, Russell Strom Gulley and Rhonda Lowe Gulley of Thomaston, GA; his brothers, Logan Strom Gulley and Brooks Perdue Gulley of Thomaston, GA; his grandparents, Ronnie, Teresa Perdue Lowe of The Rock, GA, Jean Strom Gulley of Valdosta, GA and Betty Gulley of Ray City, GA; and his cousins, Brent Lowe (Brandi), Cal, Clint, Maggie of Jackson, GA, Ben Lowe (Kelly), Kaitlyn, Wyatt and Abbi of Thomaston, GA.. He is also survived by uncles, aunts.
