He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Railey and Rossie Hammontree Railey. He is survived by: his sister Rachel Singletary of Thomaston Ga; and his sibling's children, Jessica Singletary Arrais, Rebecca Singletary, Cassie Langford (Ricky) and Joshua Singletary (Clara). He is also survived by 7 great nieces, 2 great nephews and many cousins.
