He is survived by: his wife Deborah Rice; his children, Tammy Kimbell (Chris), Tabitha Davis, Amanda Rice (Tony) and Julian Rice, Jr. (Sarah); his father William Nathan Rice, Sr.; his grandchildren, Christopher, Hailey, Michael, Abel, Gabe, Angel, Damion, Brooke, Summer, Trey, Brian, Breonna, Aubri and Rilee; his great grandchild Arabella; and his siblings, James Rice, Sr., Deloris Arnold (Tim), Gloria Rice and Mike Rice (Kim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
