He was predeceased by: his wife Lessie Hicks Parker; his daughter Christa Payne; and his sister Elizabeth Lucille Cruickshank. He is survived by: his children, Travis Parker, Joseph Parker and Shelby Pope (Cody); his grandchildren, Taelynn Bradley, BJ Moore, Gracalyn Stewart and Easton Pope; his mother Jenny Jackson; and his brothers, Bill Parker and Tim Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
