With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Mae Traylor Pennymon (Thomaston, Georgia), who passed away on October 26, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Laura may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Laura touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patsy Pennymon Traylor and Rozie Traylor, Sr.; her husband Albert Pennymon; and her siblings, Jennie Lee Fexton, James Traylor, Charlie Fred Traylor, Rozie Traylor, Jr., Willie Albert Traylor and Douglas Traylor.
She is survived by: her son Lynn Pennyman (Deon) of McDonough, GA; her grandson Kenderius Pennyman of Thomaston, GA; her great grandchildren, Ae'Ava Pennyman of Thomaston, GA and Kaizen Pennyman of Thomaston, GA; and her nephew Curtis Traylor (Doris). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
