He was predeceased by: his grandfather Paul Piper; his aunt Shannon Serene; and his stepfather Ken Carpenter. He is survived by: his son Hayden Bullington; his parents, Joey Ellington (John) of Thomaston and Jim Bullington (Robin) of Thomaston; his siblings, Andrew Bullington, Jessica Carpenter, Cora Lewis (Josh), Giacinto "Charlie" Serene, Kristov Serene and Ashleigh Shelley (Johnny); his grandmother Nedra Piper; his uncle Tate Piper; and his close friend Joseph Karimiha. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
