We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2022, at the age of 65, Melanie Sandlin of Thomaston, Georgia, born in Birmingham, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Bob Moore; her grandson Davis Bartley Tucker; and her brother Robert Moore. She is survived by: her husband David Sandlin; her children, Elizabeth Sillay (John) of Forsyth and Jonathan Sandlin of Macon; her grandchildren, Willa Sillay, Caroline Tucker and Benjamin Sillay; and her sister Allison Horner (Tim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to flowers, contributions can be made to Thomaston First United Methodist Church or a charity of your choice.
