He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mildred Oxford (Garr) and Guy Oxford; his wife Jane Rucker Oxford; his children, Susan Harrell (Mike) of Culloden and Wade Oxford (Heather) of Culver City, California; his sister Miriam Elsey; his grandchildren, Sam Harrell, Ben Harrell and Finley Oxford; his nieces, Jennifer E. Hayes (Barrett) and Michelle E. McMahon (Alan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Claire Hayes, Charlotte Hayes, Julia McMahon, Caroline McMahon, Guy McMahon and Thomas Hayes; and his friend Jim Traylor.
