Mr. Phillip Franklin Harley, age 37, of Thomaston, died Thursday, June 18, 2020, in Jacksonville FL.
Mr. Harley was born on July 25, 1982, in Frederick, MD, to Larry Franklin Harley and Katheryn Morman English. He was self employed and was co-owner of Harley and Sibs Logistics, LLC. He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Survivors include his parents, his wife, Brook Harley of Thomaston, daughter, Aleigha Harley of Thomaston, sons, Avery Harley, Kierce Harley, Kole Harley, Kent Harley all of Thomaston, brother, Michael Harley of Frederick, MD, sisters, Toni Wilder of Thomaston, Angie (Chad) Shumate of Savannah, Andrea (Darren) Matthew of Fredericks, MD, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and his business partner and close friend Guy Robinson of Thomaston.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Upson Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
