He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Paul Stillwell Sr. and Daisy Beatrice Robinson Stillwell; his children, Tina Stillwell and Raymond Paul Stillwell III; and his sister Jewel Dean Stillwell (Patricia Rae Stillwell Upchurch).
He is survived by: his wife Carla Clymer Stillwell of Thomaston; his children, Paige Stillwell (Anthony Baker) of Thomaston, Leslie Norman (T. J.) of Woodbury and Timothy Shane Stillwell (Chrissy) of West Point; and his sister Dorothy Williams of Valley. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Coggins Funeral Home (321 Hannahs Mill Rd, Thomaston, GA 30286). A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Faithful Chirstian Baptist Church (48 Ridgecrest Dr, Thomaston, GA 30286).
