He is survived by: his children, Natalie Mustapich of Pewaukee Wi, Connie Jauregui (Aaron) of Thomaston Ga, Jackie Mustapich of Baraboo Wi and Scott Mustapich (Jenny) of Waukesha Wi; his brother Michael Mustapich (Faith); his grandchildren, Travis Pavlekovich, Dalton Pavlekovich, Amanda Jauregui, Jordan Mustapich, Brandy Mustapich and Marty Ann Mustapich; his great grandchildren, Alyssa Pavlekovich and Ace Pavlekovich; his sibling's children, Christine Mustapich, Brian Mustapich, Gregory Mustapich (Lisa) and Mark Longley; and his cousin Kathy Snook.
