He was predeceased by: his parents, Wrinnie William Moulton Sr. and Mary Hay Moulton; his wife Karen Billigmeier Moulton; and his siblings, Wrinnie William "Buddy" Moulton Jr., Carolyn Grace Moulton and Betty Lou Harris.

He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Cheek-Spitler of Locust Grove and Heather Moulton-Meissner of Doraville; his sister Elaine Hallman-Chambers of Thomaston; and his grandsons, Daniel Cheek and Kurt Meissner.
