He was predeceased by : his parents, Emmett Lawson Boyt and Ollie Shaw Boyt; his former life partner Reba Lavenia Rogers Boyt; and his wife Brenda Garland Boyt. He is survived by : his daughter Tammy Wheeless (Barry) of Thomaston; his grandchildren, Carrie Watson (Lee) and Caleb Wheeless (Makenzie); his great grandchildren, Emmett Carter Watson and Samuel Memphis Wheeless; and his friends, Emory and Omie Pitts.
