He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Miller and Dorothy Patrick Miller; and the mother of his children Sandra Wakefield. He is survived by: his wife Linda Wakefield; and his children, Christie Wakefield and David Wakefield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
