He was predeceased by : his parents, Loyd Keadle and Ruth Davies Keadle; his wife Brenda Joyce Crutchfield Keadle; and his siblings, David, Clinton Keadle and Lillie Wilmot.

He is survived by : his children, Tracy Self (Mike) of Peachtree City and Adam Keadle (Marie) of Thomaston; his sister Jackie Pippin (Jackson); his sister-in-law Betty Joe Keadle; his grandchildren, Jacob Keadle, Dalton Elder and Madelyn Self; and his great grandchild Remington Elder.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to The Gathering Church at 456 Hannahs Mill Road Thomaston, Georgia 30286.
