He was predeceased by: his father John Thomas Eubanks; his wife Nell Hayes Eubanks; and his brothers, Billy Eubanks and Bobby Eubanks. He is survived by: his children, Dianne Wainwright (Steve) of Thomaston, Tommy Eubanks (Neena) of Concord and David Eubanks (Sheri) of Molena; and his brother Hubert Eubanks (Joann) of Marietta. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
