We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2025, at the age of 87, Anna Laura Ragan of Thomasville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Anna Laura shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Anna Laura farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Stephens Sr. and Clydie Mae Stephens; her husband Dallas C. Ragan; her siblings, Paul, David T. Stephens and Vesta Stephens Phelps; and her great grandchild Heather Ann Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Peters, Gary Ragan and Betty Hurst; and her brother George Henry Stephens, Jr.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Allen & Allen Funeral Home (110 W Hansell St, Thomasville, GA 31792). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
