She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Sakowski and Marion Sakowski; her significant other William Albert Klug (Bill); her son William Mark Klug (Billy); her sisters, Connie Keyes (Bob), Julie Poniwaz and Patsy Roth (Johnny); her daughter-in-law Barbara Klug; and her stepgrandson David DeBlare.
She is survived by: her children, David Klug (Sara) of Clearwater, Laura Kornegay (Dusty) of Thomasville and Dawn Klug (Michael Carter) of Arden; her grandchildren, Lizzie Smith (Joel), Emily Baig and C'lee Bishop (Joey); her great grandchildren, Myles William Smith and Leo Samuel Smith; her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer DeBlare, Mary DeBlare Moreno, Travis Cook, Julie Cook and Kevyn Mary Carter-Long; her pet Taco Belle; her caregivers, Kathy Gaiyus and Tracy Boutwell; Alice Winland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
