With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billie Parker (Thomasville, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2026 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her husband William L. Parker; her parents, Obie Cone and Vashti Cone; her siblings, Carlene Cone, Ethyel Cone, Dorothy Henderson, Bobbie Brock, L. D. Cone, Shelby Cone and John Cone; her children, Jeffrey K. Gibbs, Gary Parker and Lesia Surrett; and her grandson Kyle Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Gibbs (Frankie) of Pavo, GA, Greg Parker (Becky) of Enterprise, AL, Donna Singletary of Havana, FL and Kim Harrell (Ronald) of Boston, GA.; her daughter-in-law Kim Gibbs of Whigham; and her cousins, Lavon and Dot Cone of Pavo, GA.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
