He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ted, Georgie Williamson of Ruby Williamson, JP and Mary Lou Hurst; and his parent Jerry Hurst Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Andi (Josh) and Andrea Greene (Josh); his grandchildren, Haley Greene and Hayden Greene; his siblings, Stephanie Edenfield (Paul) and Jerry Hurst Jr. (Brandi); and also Linda Hurst. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
