He is survived by: his wife Joyce Blackwell; his stepdaughter Donna Mies; his siblings, Worth (Betsy), Marie (Ernie), David (Michael) and Sam (Sandy); and his friends, Pat Durbin, Bill Young, Doug Beason, Larry Watts and Rich Sailer.
