He was predeceased by: his wife Vickie Spangler; his parents, Marion Spangler and Susie Lulena Spangler (Oxley); and his daughter Christine Doe. He is survived by: his children, Jewell Lydick (Rick) and Stephen Spangler (Kami). He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
