He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Waters and June Waters (Watkins). He is survived by: his siblings, Paulette Holbert (Bob) of The Villages, Chuck Waters (Trish) of Oswego, Kayaudra Ioerger of Milliken, Brian Waters (Mary) of Morrisville and Craig Waters of Morrisville; and his aunt Dorothy Warner of Sherrill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
