She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Henry Swinney and Jewel Swinney Barnwell; and her husband Pat Fiveash. She is survived by: her sons, Stanley Lewis Fiveash (Deborah), Donald Pat Fiveash (Lisa) and Jeffery Steven Fiveash (Tracie); her grandchildren, Ashley Fiveash Beaty (Brian), Stacy Fiveash Solberger (Ryan), Kyle Fiveash (Courtney), Ivey Fiveash Chastain (Jared) and Chandler Fiveash; her great grandchildren, Caden Fiveash, Landon Beaty, Maddy Beaty, Konner Fiveash, Kaser Fiveash, Ward Hayes, William Solberger, Walker Hayes, Adeline Chastain, Lennon Chastain and Hanson Chastain; and her siblings, Ray Swinney (Connie) and Teena Strickland. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Georgia Hospice Care.
