With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Diana Lipe (Thomasville, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Alfred "Larry" Lipe; her grandson Jasper Lipe; and her parents, Jennie Loretta Thomason Shew and James Samuel Shew. She is survived by: her sons, Michael "Mike" Kent Durham (Judy Williams) and Kenneth Wade Durham (Angie); her granddaughters, Mary Grayson Durham and Catherine "Cassie" Caroline Durham; her brother James Richard "Dick" Shew (Cathy); her niece Amy Shew Bosch (Dan); her great-niece Caroline Bosch; her great-nephew Braxton Bosch; her nephew Matt Shew (Lynnette); her great-nephew Wyatt Shew; her stepson Steve Lipe (Susan); her grandchildren, Coco Lipe and Scarlett Lipe; her stepdaughter Laura Lipe Vavrin (John); and her grandchildren, Sarah Vavrin and Will Vavrin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Diana's memory may be made to either Williams Chapel Cemetery or Brady Cemetery & will be accepted by Leffler Funeral Home, 401 East Main Street, Benton, Illinois 62812.
