She is survived by : her mother Mildred Pressley Simmons of Toccoa; her husband Keith Lewis; her daughters, Millie, Thomas Herrington, Katie Moler of Thomasville, Carrie Lancaster (Stephen Fleming) of Toccoa and Tammie Jourdanais of Royston; her brother James; her sister-in-law Cricket Simmons of Toccoa; her sister Carol; her brother-in-law Randy Collins of Toccoa; and her cousin Janet Dye of Toccoa.
