He is survived by: his brother Boyd Raines; his children, Laura Deane Urrutia of Tomball and Jeffery Windell Raines of Dallas, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Andrew Charles Urrutia, Allison Deane Urrutia and Cole Grayson Raines.
