She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael D. Munio and Rose Munio; and her husband Charles A Counterman Sr.. She is survived by: her close friend Les Dinwiddie; and her children, Charles A Counterman Jr., Austin, Peter M Counterman of Tallahassee, FL and Cathy Ann Sumner. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
