He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hartsfield Thomas Parker and Mary Aline Dixon Parker; and his brothers, Donald Parker, Edward Parker and Frank Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Joann W. Parker of Thomasville; his children, Cynthia Byrd (Randall) of Lizella, GA, Chris Parker of Thomasville, Larry Parker of Cairo, GA and Deidra Vonier (Mark) of Ochlocknee, GA; his grandchildren, Vita Youmans, Elisa Golding, Frank Thomas Parker, Irvin Parker, Christopher Parker, Kyle Parker and Rance Vonier; and his sister Betty Palmer of Ochlocknee, GA. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
