James Harold Johns Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Harold Johns of Thomasville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As James Harold departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James Harold may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James Harold leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Johns and Ruby Casey Johns; his significant other Mary Kathryn Johns; and his sisters, Joanne Hill and Claudette Hope Vogel.

He is survived by: his children, Sonya Johns of Thomasville and Timothy Johns (Tim) of Orlando; and his sister-in-law Lois Sneed of Thomasville.
