He was predeceased by: his parents, William Slade Bacon and Charlotte Evalyn Walker Bacon; and his brother Forest Owen Bacon. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Eubanks Bacon; and his son Benjamin Slade Bacon. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law, three nephews, two nieces, six great nieces, five great nephews, two aunts, one uncle and numerous cousins.
