He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie James Cannady, Sr. and Joyce Hart Cannady. He is survived by: his wife Julie M. Cannady of Thomasville, GA; his daughter Kelly Joyce Cannady of Merritt Island, FL; his siblings, Wanda Cannady Stewart (Ernie) of Thomasville, GA and Leslie James Cannady, Jr. (Cristy) of San Antonio, Texas.; and his stepchildren, Andrew Stephens (Gretchen), Amanda Stephens (Blake) and Eli Stephens. He is also survived by five grandchildren and a niece & three nephews.
