With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marjorie Highsmith in Thomasville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 5, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Marjorie's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Marjorie has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Key and Myrtle Key; her husband Kelly Highsmith; and her siblings, Gloria Carlin of Jacksonville, Billy Key of Thomasville, Doyle Key of Cordele and Evelyn Lucas of Thomasville.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick Highsmith (Georgia) of Buford and Kevin Highsmith (Georgia) of Boston; her sister Judy Hutchinson of Boston, Georgia.; and her friend Marjorie.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Allen & Allen Funeral Home (110 W Hansell St, Thomasville, GA 31792).
