He was predeceased by: his parents, Hope Williams Glasure and Lillie Pearl Payne Glasure of Taylor's, SC.; and his siblings, Margaret Ann Purcell and William Alton Glasure. He is survived by: his wife Jewell Glasure; his children, Teresa Anderson (Chris) and Marvin Scott Glasure (Jennifer); his sister-in-law Martha Barfield; his grandchildren, Säid Mallouky (Tara) of Charlotte, NC, Nasser Mallouky (Addie) of Richmond, VA, Lelia Mallouky of New York, Baylor Glasure (Ansley) and Hagen Glasure; his great grandchild John Ismail Mallouky of Richmond; and his daughter-in-law Amy Bell Glasure. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
