She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest C. Ross; her son Larry Ross; her parents, Arthur Granville Pitts and Bertha Hayes Pitts; and her brothers, Marvin Pitts, Lamar Pitts and Harold Pitts.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ross Reynolds of Tampa, FL, William Marvin Ross, Sue Ellen, Judi Kay Reynolds (Dallas) and Dr. James Arthur Ross; and her sister Margie Kirkland. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Georgia Baptist Children's Home.
