She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Palmer and Willow Dean Warren; her nephews, Warren Palmer, Doug Duggan and Ray Cone; and her brother-in-law Robert Carroll Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Charles J Carroll; her children, Charles D Carroll (Megan) of Milwaukee and Heather Carroll Bass (Kyle) of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Austin Bass (Emily), Payton Bass, Kalista Bass, Willow Bass and Harper Carroll; her great grandchildren, Tinsley Bass and Delaney Bass; her brother Hoyt Palmer (Jerri); her nieces and nephews, Amy Daniels (Joe), Melissa Duggan, Ann Davis, Gene Mitchell (Randy), Allen Carroll (Donna), Cecil Cone (Tammy) and Donald Carroll; and her siblings-in-law, Lavon Carroll (Peggy) and Annette Cone.
