He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Owens and Evelyn Owens; and his brother Wayne Owens. He is survived by: his son Hunter Owens; his siblings, Yvonne Bennett (Bill), Patricia Jenkins and Vernon Owens (Julie); and his close friend Kathy Wood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and many cousins.
