She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Harrell and Mellie Strickland Harrell; and her siblings, Billy Harrell and Carolyn McMath. She is survived by: her husband William Hagan, Sr.; her children, Toni Hagan Johnson (Reese) of Kissimmee and William Arthur Hagan Jr. "Bubba" of Cairo; and her grandchildren, Rhysa Johnson of Kissimmee and Ashlyn Hagan of Cairo.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (10526 US-84, Thomasville, GA 31757).
