He is survived by : his wife Donna Miller Holbert; his siblings, Mike and Karen; his stepdaughters, Sebrina Redifer (Keith) and Amanda Krech (David); and his stepgrandchildren, Kami, Nicole, Kaden, Christian, Annaliah and David Jr..
