He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lindsey Cornelius of Thomasville; his children, Rhonda Oxford (Todd) of Dallas and Scott Cornelius of Thomasville; his grandchildren, Alex Carter and Addison Carter; and his siblings, Harry Cornelius, Rudolph Cornelius, Donald Cornelius, David Cornelius and Faye Simpson of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
