He was predeceased by: his father John David "Jack" Kelly Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Janis Horne Kelly; his son Mattison Daniel Kelly (Ariel); and his siblings, John David Kelly Jr. (Lori), Kathryn Kelly Upton and Carole Kelly Newbern. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and other cherished family members.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen & Allen Funeral Home (110 W Hansell St, Thomasville, GA 31792). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
