He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Robert Thomas, Jr. and Juliette Renfroe Thomas; wife: Donna Byrum Thomas; children: Angela Thomas Borthwick (Roger), Dana Thomas, Juliette (Julie) Thomas, Pete C. Thomas, and Tommy Blair (Tammy); sons (deceased): Mitch Thomas and Robby Thomas; grandparents: Dr. Robert Thomas, Maude Olena, David Jackson Renfroe, and Alice Jackson Renfroe; aunt: Sarah Renfroe Little; uncle: Dr. Robert Little; other: Theopolis Oleana; and many grandchildren, a great-grandson, numerous cousins, friends, caregivers, and the Carraway family.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the All Saints Episcopal Church (443 S Hansell St, Thomasville, GA 31792). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the St. James Restaurant (1145 W Jackson St, Thomasville, GA 31792). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the Laurel Hill Cemetery.
