It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Jean Misso King of Thomasville, Georgia, who passed away on August 17, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Misso and Lois Lucille Teague Misso; her husband Oscar Benjamin "Bud" King; her son Oscar Benjamin "Benjie" King, Jr.; and her siblings, Charlotte Misso, Lucy Odom and Wayne Misso.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia J. King of Thomasville, GA and Donna King Ansley of Thomasville, GA; her daughter-in-law Brenda King Hester (Jimmy) of Thomasville, GA.; her grandchildren, Bobby Griner (Jerri), Brandy Joslin, Jessica Winkelman (Guy), Lisa Anderson (Sean), Angie Hopkins (Jamey), Chance Ansley (Brittany) and Brian King (Kaitlin); and her siblings, Steve Misso (Robin), Janice Wilson (Bill), Paula Phillips (Jerry), Jimmy Misso (Marsha), Billy Misso, Donnie Wilder (Randy) and Ginger Strickland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
