He is survived by: his children, Kirk Murphy (Tammy) of Thomasville, Chad Murphy (Jamie) of Kennesaw, GA and Kim Parrish (Ben) of Ball Ground, GA; his stepchildren, Shelly Barry (David) of Valdosta and Shane Rehberg (Nicole) of Rome, GA.; his grandchildren, Nick Murphy (Madison), April Hataway (Chris), Connor Murphy, Maggie Contreras (Carson), Joseph Parrish, Daniel Parrish, Ryan Parrish, Mary Toth, Evie Toth, Luke Rehberg and Harper Rehberg; and his brother Nathan Murphy. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen & Allen Funeral Home (110 W Hansell St, Thomasville, GA 31792). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 2123 Smith Ave, Thomasville, GA 31792.
