We bid farewell to Helen Welch of Thomson, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 5, 2025 at the age of 80. Helen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Phillips and Susie Phillips. She is survived by: her son Richard Welch (Andrea); her sister Evelyn Johnson; her grandchildren, Brittany Welch, Kobie Tudor, Stevye Jefferson and Gunner Carson; and her great grandchildren, Jaiden Walden, Kayden Jefferson, Kennedy Jefferson, Maverick Jefferson and Kori Tudor.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Curtis Funeral Home (218 W Hall St, Thomson, GA 30824). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
