He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Lucille Russell Meadows and George Dexter Meadows (Sister). He is survived by: his wife Elsie Edmunds Meadows; his daughter Angela Meadows Faglier (Keith) of Lincolnton; his grandson Michael Faglier (Caitlin); his great grandchild Lawson Faglier of Statesboro; his brother-in-law Randall Edmunds (Trudy) of Lincolnton; his sibling's children, Jill Edmunds Hamilton (Justin) and Rex Edmunds (Cheri); and his caregivers, Carol Dean Norman of Lincolnton, GA., Phyllis Norman of Lincolnton, GA. and Willie Marshall of Lincolnton, GA.. He is also survived by 5 great-nieces, and a great-nephew.
