He was predeceased by: his parents, J. P. Williams and Ruth Marie Williams. He is survived by: his children, Leland Carruth, Jr. (Peggy) and Sheryl C. Tate; his grandchildren, Kohli, Carly, Holden, Tripp, Jessica and Kaitlyn; and his siblings, Morgan and Nancy.
