He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis Rogers and Kate Clements Rogers; and his sisters, Carolyn Cowart and Katie Hoats. He is survived by: his wife Frances "Fran" Rogers; his children, Beth Powell (Chris) and Bryan Rogers (Meredith); his grandchildren, Mary Kate Kitchings (Steven), Jay Rosier, Madison Rogers and Gage Rogers; and his great grandchild Janna Rosier.
