With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin Leroy Bowman of Thomson, Georgia, born in Elm Springs, South Dakota, who passed away on March 20, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Augusta L. Bowman and Alice Elizabeth Fenner Bowman; and his brothers, David Bowman, Lyle Bowman and Richard Bowman.

He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Myers Bowman; his sons, Larry Bowman (Joan) and Lee Bowman (Lorie); his siblings, Jimmy Bowman and Mary Alice Cudmore (Bill); and his grandchildren, Kathy Bowman, Chelsea Bowman and Larry Dean Bowman, Jr..
