He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Frazier and Edna Frazier of Lincolnton, GA.. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Cannon; his granddaughter Ella; his brothers, Gene Frazier (Barbara) of Grovetown, GA and Barry Frazier (Lesley) of Evans, GA; his siblings' children, Ashlee Sheppard (Tommy), Courtney Payne, Dr. Heather Frazier (Michael VanDeventer) and Don Pennington (Cheryln); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trevor Payne, Wick Medlin, Madyson Payne and Maddox Medlin; and his friends, Darrell "Pic" and Susan Pickard.
